1. Traffic Control Duties
Scouts assigned for the duties are to report to Mr Chia Office by 715am  in scout uniform.

2. Other Sec 1, 2
Fall in 930am in Scout Uniform.

3. Sec 3s
Fall in 8am. CCA Hike guys 830am in Full Scout U.

Dismissal for all will be 2pm or earlier if packing is completed.
Bring PE attire.

This week Scout Meeting will be the last scout meeting before SA2 exams. Meetings will resume on the 22 Oct 2011, Sat.

Pls ensure that you have placed order for the Scout Group Photo with your respective PLs and have made payment by this Sat 12 noon.

Members of the NPC Team (exclude support members) are to stay immediately after the scout meeting for a short meeting with the GSL. (1pm to 115pm)

Dear all,

Sec 1 to 3 are to pass your order to your respective Patrol Leaders by this Sat. Made your payment to your respective PLs by the 16 Sep.

Sec 4s are to email/sms your order to Isaac Chia for consolidation. Likewise, pay Isaac by 16 Sep. We will not order for you if payment is not made by the 16 Sep.

For 5R , each cost $3, For 8R, each cost $6.

Frederick Lee will consolidate orders from sec 1 to 4.

Joo Chiat Sports Carnival (9 Jul, Sat)

Dear all,

attendance for tmr is compulsory.
Assemble in school at 815am in RED Act tee with VS PE shorts.

Dismissal Time is at 1pm from Joo Chiat CC. If you have to leave early (with a valid reason), do alert me in the morning.

No transport is arranged for the to and fro trip to the CC.

Reminders -

1. Submit all sold DDT Books (full book sold) and $ before setting off for the DDT Sales.

2. Bring along all books issued for the sales.

3. Attire for this Sat - Group Polo with Scout Pants with Scout Black Shoes (not boots).

4. If you have already finished your sales, you will still go along with your patrol. You will be dismissed by your PL at 1230pm at your Patrol location. All others must return to Scout Den to submit the sold books and $.

Energy Conservation Course

Dear all,

ALL sec 1s with Beckham, Suhail, Jia Geng and Gerald Lim will be attending the energy conservation course on the 14 and 21 June.

Venue - Energy Efficiency Centre, Singapore Power Building
Time - 9am to 11am
Attire - VS School Shorts and Red Activity Tee
Course i/cs - Beckham Wong & Suhail

Bring a calculator and last 2 months utilities bills with the page showing the consumption bar charts. (photocopy is fine). 100% attendance for both days is required. There will be a "home survey" project and a short test. You MUST complete the home survey and the short test to qualify for the badge.

I have emailed the course details to you. If you did not recieve the email, pls email to arrowscouts@gmail.com or ask your PLs for the email.

Attendance for this course is compulsory.
